Return Process

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the product in its original packaging, including all filters, connectors, and manuals to ensure a smooth inspection process.

  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location near your home.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned unit, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
